Why We Expanded the Program
Demand for reliable power modules has grown sharply as manufacturers in motor drives, solar and renewable energy look for dependable supply. To meet that demand, BeiLuo has expanded its stocking program for genuine Semikron SEMITRANS and SEMiX IGBT modules across regional warehouses. The goal is simple: cut lead times for the ratings that production lines depend on, and keep those parts available when customers need them. A power module is a large part of the bill of materials and a large part of the risk, because a missing module stops a converter from shipping and a wrong or marginal module fails in the field after the product has been delivered.
What Is Now Stocked
The expanded program covers mainstream SEMITRANS modules such as the SKM400GB176D and SKM295GB066D, SEMiX press-fit modules such as the SEMiX603GB12E4pV1, and SEMITRANS 3+ Gen 7 modules such as the SKM453GB12E7. Together these parts serve drives, UPS systems, solar and wind converters and industrial power supplies. Additional ratings are added as demand is confirmed, and high-current and high-voltage types continue to be scheduled against customer forecasts. Holding the half-bridge, chopper and common-emitter circuits from one authorized channel means a customer can build a complete power stage without splitting the order across several suppliers.
Coverage of the Full Converter
The list was not chosen at random. It combines our own sales history, the design activity our FAE team sees in customer projects and the open order backlog, so the inventory mirrors what is actually being designed rather than what a catalogue suggests. Because Semikron covers the module, the gate driver and the thermal interface, the program also lets a customer consolidate the whole power stage, which simplifies the quality agreement and the import documentation.
How Availability Is Managed
Availability is managed in two layers. The first is physical stock of mainstream ratings in regional warehouses, refreshed against live demand so a customer can pull a module in days rather than waiting on a long factory allocation. The second is a scheduling layer for high-current and high-voltage modules, where BeiLuo reserves supply against a customer forecast and confirms lead time before an order is placed. Publishing real stock status rather than quoting parts we do not hold is a deliberate choice, because a distributor that quotes from the open market adds risk instead of removing it.
What This Means for Customers
For design and production teams, in-stock modules shorten the gap between prototype validation and volume build. Instead of waiting on a long factory allocation, customers can pull mainstream modules from regional inventory and keep projects on schedule. The program also supports sample quantities, so engineers can validate the gate drive, the switching loss and the thermal design before committing to production volumes, which is where most of the engineering risk in a new converter actually sits.
Documentation With Every Order
Every shipment includes an import declaration, a certificate of origin and a RoHS compliance file, so customs clearance and quality audits stay straightforward. Buyers who audit suppliers will find the documentation complete and consistent, which reduces administrative friction in supply-chain reviews and shortens the supplier qualification cycle for a new production line.
Quality and Traceability
Traceability is part of the program, not an afterthought. Each module remains traceable to the Semikron factory lot, and the compliance documents travel with the goods rather than following later. For audit-heavy buyers in drive, solar and automotive supply chains, that traceability is a requirement rather than a preference, and it is why those customers consolidate their module purchases with a distributor that can document every line.
Backed by FAE Support
Stock alone is not enough; a module must be applied correctly. BeiLuo's FAE team supports module selection, gate-drive design, thermal validation and layout review, helping customers turn a stocked part into a reliable power stage. Bringing the module, the driver and the converter together in one conversation is what removes the risk, and that is the service behind the inventory.
From Stock to Working Design
The measure of a stocking program is whether it helps a customer ship a working product. When a module is held in stock and an FAE team can confirm the current, pair the driver and size the heatsink, the gap between a purchase order and a production converter narrows sharply. That is the outcome the expanded Semikron program is designed to deliver for drive, solar and converter manufacturers through 2026.
